I'm a Director of Design Operations with 20+ years in the design industry. I partner with product and business leaders to build the infrastructure behind high-performing design teams – scalable systems, research operations, tooling, team frameworks, and the processes that make great design repeatable at enterprise scale.

Open to Director and Head of Design Operations roles, remote in the US. Let’s chat.
